What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the subject matter expert and operational support for the Growth technology stack, including maintenance of existing systems
Support the adoption and effective use of the technology stack across Growth Development and Network Development
Evaluate existing technology and investigate, implement, and roll out new technologies
Develop processes, documentation, and reporting for technology use
Manage project implementation and rollout of changes and systems
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent work experience in marketing or sales operations
3+ years in a marketing operations or sales operations management role
3+ years managing and implementing a variety of growth-enablement tools including Outreach.io, ChiliPiper, Zoominfo, Gong, and Salesforce.com
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
B2B and/or B2C/DTC event experience
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear communications
Strong organizational skills and self-motivated work ethic
