Overview The Life Sciences R&D team is expanding and seeking a dynamic
Business Development Manager
specializing in
Clinical Services . This role will work closely with the Client Partner to support the full opportunity life cycle and contribute to strategic growth within the Life Sciences portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage deep clinical domain expertise to drive the pursuit and sales cycle.
Build and strengthen client relationships as a trusted partner.
Support business case creation, proposal development, and sales pursuits across areas such as Clinical Data Management, Regulatory, and Medical Writing.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Delivery Leads to drive revenue growth and ensure profitable engagements.
Contribute to account leadership initiatives and work closely with practice teams on strategic programs.
Qualifications
13+ years
of overall professional experience.
7+ years
in Life Sciences R&D or Clinical Services.
5+ years
in IT Sales or related program leadership roles.
Strong functional understanding of R&D areas, including Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Medical Writing.
Prior experience in the
pharmaceutical industry or consulting
is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
