Marketing Manager

supporting our ATTR portfolio where your work directly shapes how we engage HCPs and advance understanding of a rare, serious form of amyloidosis caused by abnormal transthyretin proteins. In this role, you will execute promotional strategies, lead content development, and support the overall HCP engagement plan. You’ll work within an agile team in the Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit, partnering cross‑functionally and embracing innovation to enhance customer impact. Role Overview

This role spans two critical areas of the ATTR business: HCP Media Strategy & Execution

Lead the strategy, design, and execution of branded and unbranded HCP media across digital, social, and traditional channels. Drive measurement and continuous optimization across the media ecosystem. Partner closely with internal omnichannel teams and external agencies to ensure plans are integrated and performance‑driven. Scientific Communications & Engagement

Lead execution of Peer‑to‑Peer programs and scientific educational content. Manage national and regional congress presence, including symposia, speaker programs, and related activities. Ensure scientific accuracy through close alignment with Medical, Regulatory, and Compliance teams. Main Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and manage scientific communications, congress strategy, and educational programs. Support field teams through targeted tools, messaging, and content. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure aligned, effective brand execution. Monitor competitive and market trends to inform strategy and campaign optimization. Translate strategic imperatives into integrated, cross‑channel operational plans. Participate in annual planning, including budget, resource allocation, and channel mix. Conduct market research and develop insights to support brand planning and content development. Define KPIs, analyze performance, and drive insight‑based recommendations. Tailor customer experiences using omnichannel capabilities and digital tools. Pilot and scale innovative approaches to enhance engagement and patient impact. Work across Medical, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory, Compliance, and agencies to ensure compliant, coherent execution. Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree 0–3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional, marketing, or advertising industries Preferred Requirements

Advanced Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science Demonstrated Learning Agility Pay Transparency / On-Site Office Policy

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $143,000 - $175,000 USD Annual. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
