HCP Marketing Director – ATTR , where you will help shape the future of the CVRM therapeutic area and drive high‑impact marketing strategy across both HCP and Consumer segments.
In this role, you will lead the definition, design, execution, and measurement of the brand strategy for ATTR, an inherited form of amyloidosis caused by abnormal transthyretin proteins. You will partner extensively with Global Brand Teams, Insights & Analytics, Market Access, Medical, Commercial Operations, and Sales to optimize brand performance and customer engagement. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Marketing.
Role Overview The HCP Marketing Director will serve as the strategic driver for the ATTR brand across all customer segments. You will lead clinical messaging, cross‑channel marketing strategy, and performance optimization, ensuring integrated execution across the business. This includes guiding value proposition development, multi‑channel engagement, and thought leader influence to advance brand goals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the
clinical messaging expert , providing strategic direction and ensuring scientific clarity across brand communications.
Lead the articulation of an end-to-end
value proposition
for the brand and ensure alignment across HCP and Consumer channels.
Manage the
end‑to‑end brand budget , applying commercial rigor and ensuring accurate financial oversight.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess performance and translate insights into meaningful optimizations.
Enhance engagement strategies for key accounts; measure impact to drive growth and retention.
Influence partners and lead cross‑functional collaboration to achieve brand KPIs and strategic imperatives.
Cultivate trusted relationships with
Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
to strengthen brand advocacy and credibility.
Develop
multi‑channel measurement frameworks , leveraging analytics to inform media investment and performance.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes; ensure alignment to brand priorities and ROI expectations.
Anticipate market trends; partner with Global and Medical teams to deepen understanding of competitive and market dynamics.
Engage influential partners to expand brand reach across priority customer segments.
Design and implement
data‑driven digital marketing initiatives , leveraging multi‑channel capabilities to drive growth.
Lead the adoption of innovative approaches that elevate brand execution and competitive differentiation.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional, or related industries
Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical commercial experience
Preferred Requirements
Advanced Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to navigate and lead through ambiguity
Experience within relevant therapeutic areas
Proven ability to lead and implement brand strategy
Track record of delivering and exceeding strategic and operational goals
Demonstrated success working across cross‑functional teams
Pay Transparency / On‑Site Office Policy The annual base pay for this position ranges from $190,572–$233,538 USD Annual. Hourly and salaried non‑exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short‑term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity‑based long‑term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered include a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
