Overview

Territory Sales and Service Representative based in the Auburn Hills, MI market. This field-based role may require travel to Auburn Hills, Utica, Novi, Flint, MI and surrounding areas. The program includes initial training at Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, MN and in-field training thereafter. A company service vehicle and cell phone are provided for business use; travel-related expenses are paid by Ecolab. The role involves managing a territory, servicing laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems, and selling new solutions to customers to help achieve a cleaner, safer and healthier environment for all. During training you will travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota for 2 of the 12 weeks; remaining weeks are in-field training. You are responsible for having proper documentation to fly (such as a Real ID). After training, you will work with established customers across restaurants, hotels, schools, long-term care facilities, and more within an assigned territory. How You'll Make an Impact:

Leverage tools and technology (including tablet and mobile apps) to conduct customer visits and recommend programs and solutions Communicate total value to meet customer needs and grow sales within existing accounts Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems Provide emergency service to customers via phone or in person, as needed Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions Demonstrate safe equipment use to ensure customer operations are fully functional Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs Weekend Rotation:

Generally 1 in 8 weekends are required (based on business demand) Position Details

High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality experience Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance during nights, weekends and holidays Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions No immigration sponsorship available Physical

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

The total compensation range for this position is $61,700-$92,500, including base pay and target incentive. Final pay is determined by factors such as experience, education, training, and geography; compliant with minimum wage and overtime laws. Additional Notes
