The Requirement As the Physical Channel Manager, you will serve as the critical bridge between the company and key strategic partners. This includes warehouse automation OEMs, consultants, and solution providers, empowering them to deploy and sell this pioneering AI platform.
You will scale market presence by enabling partners through technical training and co-selling strategies, ensuring seamless integration of real-time intelligence into their customers' existing logistics workflows.
This role demands a unique blend of high-level relationship building, deep supply chain expertise, and the ability to articulate the tangible ROI of AI-driven warehouse visibility.
Proven partner experience: 5+ years of demonstrated success in channel management or business development within supply chain technology, robotics, or industrial automation, with a track record of recruiting and scaling strategic alliances.
Deep warehouse & logistics knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse operations, key performance challenges (e.g., inventory shrinkage, misplacement), and the dynamics of the 3PL and integrated solutions provider landscape.
Technical fluency in Physical AI: Ability to confidently discuss and explain relevant technologies, such as computer vision, edge computing, and API/WMS integrations to both technical and non-technical partner stakeholders.
Strategic enablement skills: Experience designing and leading partner enablement programs (technical and commercial) and a hands‑on approach to jointly navigating and closing complex enterprise sales cycles.
Executive communication skills: Exceptional ability to distill complex "Physical AI" capabilities into clear, compelling business value and return‑on‑investment narratives for audiences ranging from warehouse managers to C‑suite executives.
