Role Overview We are looking for a motivated, self directed Sales Representative to help grow The Write Way’s client base. This role is 100% remote and performance based. You will be responsible for prospecting, outreach, discovery calls, and closing new business.
This role is ideal for someone who wants flexibility, autonomy, and uncapped earning potential without micromanagement.
Identify and prospect potential clients including service based businesses, franchises, and B2B companies
Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and warm referrals
Run discovery calls and explain The Write Way’s value clearly
Close new accounts and hand off clients smoothly
Maintain basic notes in CRM or shared tracking system
Represent the brand professionally and authentically
Ideal Candidate
Comfortable with commission only compensation
Confident communicator who can sell value not discounts
Self motivated and organized without daily supervision
Experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or service sales preferred
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
