What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Promote and sell the employer's Neurovascular products and services in a designated geographic area to meet or exceed sales targets
Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, surgeons, and nurses
Provide clinical and technical support during procedures and educate clinicians on patient treatment options
Conduct market research to assess customer needs and competitor activities, informing product development and marketing strategies
Collaborate with various departments to address business challenges and identify opportunities for growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience; or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to travel extensively, including overnight trips, approximately 50% of the time
Experience in leading teams in complex work environments, particularly in medical sales or hospital services
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to large audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
10+ years of experience in the Medical Device industry, with 5 years focused on Neurovascular or Neurosurgery
3+ years of Sales Management experience
Clinical experience in interventional procedures or hospital environments
Strategic and analytical thinking capabilities
Ability to adapt to changing corporate and business environments
