Inside Sales Manager - MedSurg USA - Remote
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
Leading and developing the Inside Sales team to drive profitable revenue growth across assigned product lines and customer segments.
Cultivating strong relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and performance expectations.
Building and executing a comprehensive sales plan, outlining strategies, tactics, and measurable actions to achieve or exceed annual sales forecasts.
Providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development to team members to enhance individual and collective performance.
Monitoring and managing team performance against sales quotas, productivity targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Leveraging data and analytics to optimize the sales model, improve conversion rates, and enhance overall efficiency.
Partnering with Marketing and Field Sales teams to align on customer acquisition, retention, and cross‑sell strategies.
Ensuring the Inside Sales team delivers an exceptional customer experience through responsiveness, solution‑oriented communication, and consultative selling.
Fostering an engaging team environment that promotes motivation, recognition, and professional growth.
Your Skills And Expertise Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND five (5) years of sales experience.
High School Diploma/GED AND nine (9) years of sales experience.
Three (3) years of experience in people management.
Knowledge of Sales tools, including SFDC, POS, Sales Aid, SalesLoft, and other team‑specific tools.
Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
Additional Qualifications that Could Help You Succeed
Preferred knowledge/experience selling into the Hospital marketplace.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving/exceeding sales targets in an inside or hybrid sales environment.
Experience managing a team responsible for complex, solution‑based, or consultative sales cycles.
Demonstrated success working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Field Sales teams.
Location Remote - United States
Travel May include up to 10% domestic/international travel.
Relocation Assistance May be authorized.
