What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries and product questions related to furniture collections

Guide customers through the buying process with expert product knowledge and design recommendations

Manage custom orders, special pricing requests, and order status updates to ensure a seamless customer experience

Proactively follow up on inbound leads and conduct targeted outbound outreach to drive repeat business

Collaborate with operations and logistics to track orders and resolve delivery questions

What is Required (Qualifications)

Proven ability to build trust and convert customer interest into closed sales

Strong consultative selling and communication skills with a customer-first mindset

Experience handling custom orders and complex product questions

Proactive approach to driving revenue through follow-ups and relationship management

Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking customer interactions and managing pipelines
