The Role CloserStill Media’s influence group is looking for a highly organized and motivated Marketing Coordinator. You'll play a key role in executing marketing initiatives that drive audience growth and engagement for our best‑in‑class events. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving engagement and building our community. This fast‑paced role is perfect for someone eager to grow in the dynamic event industry.

Email Marketing & Automation

Building email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, setup, deployment, and reporting, utilizing features like dynamic content and multi‑step workflows.

Creating and deploying emails, landing pages, and forms within the marketing automation system.

Constructing and maintaining automated campaigns and programs (e.g., nurture, re‑engagement, cart abandonment, new contact creation).

Assisting with copywriting and editing promotional emails.

Using personalization tokens and AI tools to optimize emails and content targeting based on lead data.

Maintaining and cleaning the marketing database, ensuring up‑to‑date contact information and removing irrelevant contacts.

Campaign Management, Content & Social Media

Partnering with Marketers to copyright and execute a wide range of digital and email campaigns to drive awareness, interest, and engagement, including creating landing pages, websites, digital/email copy, and conversion‑focused layouts.

Partnering with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on timing, messaging, and next steps through journey mapping.

Assisting with developing, setting up, deploying, and reporting on organic social media campaigns.

SEO & Audience Targeting

Optimizing content across blogs, YouTube videos, and websites to improve search rankings, focusing on current SEO trends and the impact of AI on search algorithms.

Adapting content to new styles, consumer behaviors, and emerging trends to maintain relevancy and engagement.

Benchmarking competitors and implementing innovative strategies to target and engage key audiences effectively.

Tracking and analyzing influencers and event trends to refine attendee engagement strategies.

Analysis, Reporting & Optimization

Tracking progress and improving marketing funnels through analysis and optimization.

Discovering improvements through research, internal/external feedback, best practices, and testing methodologies (e.g., A/B testing).

Ensuring accurate tracking of all marketing activities.

Preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data, and documenting learnings in a shared playbook to inform and guide future marketing initiatives.

Success in this role will be measured by email and other digital performance KPIs, as well as the ability to impact marketing performance through reporting.

General & Administrative

Developing deep knowledge of the influence group’s key markets, industry issues, trends, and best practices.

Performing other related marketing and administrative duties as needed.

ABOUT YOU

Experience: 1‑2 years in a marketing environment or relevant internship experience.

Core Skills

Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects to completion under tight deadlines.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Outstanding English grammar, writing, and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable communicating at all levels internally and with external partners.

Technical Proficiency

Well‑versed in popular social media platforms and best practices.

Highly Desirable (Huge Plus)

Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.

Experience with HubSpot.

Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or other design software.

Other Requirements

Willingness and ability to travel 5‑7 times a year as needed.
