What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in-person and virtual communications
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers and advocacy groups
Collaborate with internal partners across various departments for effective communication and strategy execution
Uphold the highest ethical standards and adherence to FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical industry best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or related sales experience
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong sales and account management disposition
Valid driver's license and clean driving record; should reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory
Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's degree in science or related field AND 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience with specialty pharmacy distribution and knowledge of psychiatry or neurology
Proven ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
Strong project management abilities with adaptability to manage change effectively
Intellectual curiosity with excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
