Salary Range:

$100,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience)

Athlux Design Studio is seeking a strategic, data‑driven Sam’s Club Account Manager to lead and grow our Sam’s Club business. We are a direct import and domestic clothing supplier seeking a highly organized, data‑driven, and detail‑oriented Account Manager for our Sams Club businesses. This full‑time hybrid position is based in Bentonville, AR offering the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional communication skills with a deep understanding of retail operations, strong data analytical capabilities, and experience managing Walmart or Sams club accounts.

Key Responsibilities Business Performance & Sales Analysis Analyze weekly sales performance using MADRID and related systems. Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities to improve profitability and overall business performance.

Merchant & Cross‑Functional Partnership Work directly with Sam’s Club merchants, internal product development teams, and overseas factory partners to ensure alignment and execution of seasonal strategies. Build and manage ladder plans, write replenishment orders, and develop accurate forecasts to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize risk.

Sample & Line Review Management Coordinate and track samples for line reviews, merchant meetings, and development milestones. Identify performance gaps, run diagnostics, and implement strategic solutions grounded in data.

Executive Reporting Utilize Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint to create clear and compelling business reviews and performance presentations.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing Walmart or Sam’s Club accounts (Apparel preferred)

Strong knowledge of Sam’s systems including MADRID, NOVA, and Sam’s IDM (Scintilla Charter and Supplier One a plus)

Advanced Excel proficiency with strong forecasting and analytical capability

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrategic mindset with strong critical thinking and decision‑making ability
