About the Team The team partners with small and emerging suppliers within Consumables, Health, and Wellness at Sam’s Club. They develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies that deliver seamless omnichannel experiences, enhancing the Member’s shopping journey. Focused on collaboration and strategic planning, the team leverages analytics and stakeholder engagement to drive business growth and optimize advertising outcomes. Their efforts ensure effective supplier relationships and innovative advertising solutions that align with business goals, supporting a best‑in‑class shopping environment for Members.
What you’ll do
Lead and oversee advertising sales strategies to drive account growth and maximize revenue within the Sams MAP business.
Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment of sales objectives and business goals.
Utilize analytics and market insights to inform sales qualification, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
Guide negotiation processes to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while protecting company interests.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to translate business requirements into actionable sales initiatives and solutions.
Mentor and support team members to enhance performance and professional development.
Monitor and report on sales metrics to optimize business outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.

Compensation Hoboken, New Jersey (US‑10279): Annual salary range $96,000.00 – $186,000.00.
Bentonville, Arkansas (US‑09930): Annual salary range $80,000.00 – $155,000.00.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location.

Minimum Qualifications
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing and sales, advertising, or related area and 2 years’ experience in business development, market development, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Advertising, or related area.
Sales supervisory experience.
