What You'll Do
Lead and oversee sales qualification and scoping activities to build a robust pipeline of advertising prospects.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans and forecasts aligned with market trends and business objectives.
Create, review, and guide sales proposals and presentations for complex advertising opportunities.
Manage high‑stakes negotiations, ensuring fact‑based decisions and mutually beneficial outcomes.
Analyze business and financial data to inform recommendations and support business planning.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales success.
Interpret advertising analytics and communicate insights to optimize campaign performance and client value.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business metrics and leverage data‑driven insights for decision making.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and negotiation strategies to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Effective leadership capabilities, including mentoring and developing team members to meet business objectives.
Solid understanding of product features and value propositions to support complex sales presentations and proposals.
Financial acumen to analyze business data and support sales forecasting and planning activities.

Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 – $155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
Minimum Qualifications Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing and sales, advertising, or related area and 2 years’ experience in business development, market development, or related area.
Option 2: 4 years’ experience in business development, market development, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Advertising, or related area.
Sales, supervisory experience.
