What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop advertising strategies that drive measurable sales impact for brand partners and revenue growth

Serve as a consultative business advisor, translating client challenges into effective MAP solutions

Lead complex negotiations while ensuring the long-term interests of the employer

Create multi-year account growth plans based on data and market insights

Mentor teammates and influence cross-functional partnerships to enhance overall performance

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, sales, advertising, or a related area with 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of experience in business development or market development

3+ years of experience in advertising sales, retail media, eCommerce, or a consultative selling environment

Proven track record of revenue growth through strategic account planning

Strong financial acumen with an understanding of ROI and advertising impact on business performance

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to convey complex analytics effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience preparing and executing budgets

Leading cross-functional teams

Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Advertising, or a related area

Experience in sales or supervisory roles
