What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop new customers and grow existing customer market share in maintenance, repair, and aftermarket parts

Maintain effective working relationships with distributor principals to promote the employer’s products

Complete monthly reports on territory development and performance

Prepare timely reports and document important meetings with distributors/customers

Analyze customer purchases and redirect through the employer

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Sales

Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar industry (parts & service)

Willing and able to travel 80% of the time (Monday-Thursday remote office on Fridays)

Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze pricing strategies and profitability drivers

Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience supporting construction or access equipment markets

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a distributor-based or manufacturer direct sales model

Experience managing multi-state territories with high travel requirements

Demonstrated success influencing senior‑level decision makers

Knowledge of aftermarket parts distribution and service operations
