What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop new customers and expand existing customer market share within the assigned territory

Maintain effective working relationships with distributor principals to promote commitment to the employer's products

Complete monthly reports detailing territory/account development and performance against sales objectives

Articulate a clear understanding of the equipment marketplace and employer's value propositions

Coordinate sales efforts with new sales parts and service groups to contribute to overall solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Sales

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar industry (parts and service)

Willingness and ability to travel 80% of the time (Monday-Thursday remote office on Friday)

Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze pricing strategy and profitability drivers

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets within a distributor-based or manufacturer direct sales model

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience supporting construction, access equipment, or related industrial equipment markets

Experience managing multi-state territories with high travel requirements

Experience developing and executing territory-level business plans

Strong skills in CRM systems and sales analytics tools

Demonstrated success influencing distributor principals and senior-level decision-makers
