
Overview
The Account Representative engages with customers to schedule in-home product demonstrations and drive direct-to-consumer sales. The role involves developing strong product knowledge, using scripts and tools provided, and communicating confidently with customers, installers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
Schedule product demonstrations and installation appointments nationwide. Use computer systems to track information, gather data, and troubleshoot issues. Complete ongoing training to maintain strong product and sales skills. Qualify inbound and outbound customer inquiries and convert them into appointments. Follow up on leads and source new sales opportunities. Manage prospects through the full appointment-setting cycle. Apply a sales-driven mindset and effectively overcome objections. Qualifications
1+ year of collections or sales experience preferred (call center, retail, financial services, etc.). High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with Windows applications. Familiarity with Zoom and other teleconferencing tools. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Understanding of call center operations. Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. Shift
After training will be 11‑8 or 12‑9. Job Type & Location
