Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
Duration: 5‑6 months contract
Role Summary As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will develop consumer‑facing campaigns to engage prospects and customers. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure content, communications, and emails are effective, high‑quality, and meet marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in email marketing, along with hands‑on experience in product content development, copywriting, consumer messaging, and measuring marketing engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop compelling content, messaging and emails for newsletters, product announcements, lead nurturing and customer communications.
Collaborate with Product teams to ensure high‑quality and engaging content.
Manage A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, content, and calls to action.
Build and manage email templates, nurture flows, and landing pages.
Ensure all emails adhere to Equifax brand guidelines and industry best practices.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer email lists to maximize deliverability.
Proofread and receive all approvals before launching emails.
Test and troubleshoot technical issues related to email delivery and rendering.
Stay informed about consumer email marketing regulations & best practices.
Personalize content to increase engagement and relevance.
Leverage data and insights to optimize targeting and messaging.
Monitor and track key email metrics (open rates, click‑through rates, conversions).
Monitor and track key web metrics (landing page views, contact forms/sign‑ups).
Generate performance reports, identify improvements, and present findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent experience.
Experience writing and building consumer‑facing emails.
Knowledge of email best practices (A/B testing, deliverability).
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
