Consumer Strategic Program Function Manager
At Regions, the Consumer Strategic Program Function Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies for one or more key Consumer Bank Consumer programs. This role aligns with enterprise strategy, ensuring consistency and integration across Consumer banking channels and services. The manager will work cross-functionally with Consumer Bank support teams, technology, cybersecurity, product development, retail administration, and external partners to achieve strategic objectives. Primary Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of strategic program initiatives to enhance customer experience, improve efficiency and effectiveness, and mitigate risk Serve as the business owner for key Consumer Bank strategic program solutions, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise strategies Act as the liaison between business units and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable strategies Design, deliver, and maintain program frameworks and collaborate with partners to monitor and enhance risk-based models Partner with Consumer Bank leadership to drive adoption and training initiatives for new tools and processes Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness Support incident response and risk mitigation efforts related to the strategic program area Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes related to the strategic program area and assess impact on Consumer Bank operations Ensure adherence to banking regulatory requirements and customer experience standards This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field Ten (10) years of experience in strategic execution, product management, or customer experience Preferences
Master’s degree in a related field Strong knowledge of subject matter area, banking regulatory compliance frameworks, and risk management Experience in financial services, banking technology, or other consumer-facing industries Skills and Competencies
