Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of sellers focused on Strategic Accounts and as well as closing business within their assigned key accounts.
The Sales Manager will be provide daily, "in-the-trenches" coaching for a junior sales team, focusing on fundamental skills, account management, discovery process coaching and pipeline management.
The Sales Manager will oversee the team’s lead distribution and activity levels, ensuring a healthy split between marketing leads and self-sourced outbound efforts while maintaining high CRM data standards.
Requirements
3-5+ years of high-performance SaaS/Software sales experience (specifically quota-carrying) with a proven track record of success
A high-performing individual contributor with the desire to transition into management; must demonstrate previous experience "leading from the middle" (e.g., mentoring junior reps, improving team processes, or peer coaching).
Ability to balance personal sales targets with the operational oversight of a team; must be highly coachable, resilient, and ready to build a sales culture from the ground up.
Location Reporting to an office daily in Houston, TX with flexibility for 1x/week remote after initial probation period.
