Horizon is looking for a capable and self-drive Leasing Agent to present and lease units in our 344-unit South Loop location to qualified candidates. If you have an outgoing, upbeat, sales driven personality we have the position for you.
Requirements
Present property and provided amenities in a positive live to prospective tenants
Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers
Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
Aware of leasing terms and conditions and close deals
Utilize Yardi CRM software to receive, respond & track all incoming leads
Schedule tours with prospects and show the community and amenities in a positive light
Adhere to all Fair Housing & Company Policies
Skills
Proven working experience as a leasing agent
Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
Proven track of successful sales record
Up to date with Property market status
MS Office, Yardi, Rent Max/CRM familiarity (preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
Customer service orientation
