
* Provide clinical management and oversight to assigned Associate Clinical Directors, Clinical Supervisors, Clinical Support Specialists, and Behavior Technicians.* Ensure assigned clinical managers meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators and develop plans to address any weaknesses.* Ensure clinical management establishes and maintains professional and ethical working relationships with staff, funding sources, community agencies, schools, medical practices, and other therapy providers.* Conduct quarterly parent satisfaction calls for assigned clients.* Mentor clinical managers to establish relationships with caregivers and effectively resolve concerns and grievances.* Address and attempt to resolve caregiver or employee concerns and grievances as needed.* Escalate and/or resolve time-sensitive and urgent issues (e.g., terminations, resignations, behavior excesses in clients, staff problems) by gathering information and following outlined processes.* Conduct scheduled individual and group check-in meetings as outlined to review performance related to roles and responsibilities.* Facilitate and engage in effective communication between department team members.* Monitor effective implementation of administrative and therapeutic policies and procedures.* Ensure clients receive equal and consistent delivery of best-in-class clinical work, as defined in collaboration with managers and clinical leadership.* Oversee the training, supervision, and feedback provided by clinical management for BCBAs, behavior technicians, and registered behavior technicians.* Provide mentorship to assigned clinical managers and BCBAs and ensure adherence to BACB guidelines, company policies and procedures, and stakeholder requirements.* Review, monitor, and evaluate treatment integrity and treatment outcomes to ensure optimal implementation of ABA therapy delivery in collaboration with assigned clinical managers.* Maintain tracking systems to ensure quality of services and analyze information to make necessary changes in collaboration with the manager.* Be available after hours for counsel on issues related to ABA therapy delivery.* Perform other duties as assigned.* Minimum of 2 years experience supervising multiple levels of staff.* Provide exceptional and individualized field training for all staff.* Mentor Program Supervisors and Case Managers to support career advancement.* Conduct reviews and ongoing evaluations.* Individualize supervision style and communication to support various learning styles.* Inspire, motivate, elevate, and mentor individuals.* Display clear and concise communication with executive staff, supervisory staff, and therapists.* Communicate effectively with supervisors using solution-based language.* Possess exceptional collaboration skills with colleagues and superiors to meet individual and corporate goals.* Provide direct, honest, and respectful solutions, strategies, and opinions when working with executive staff.* Develop project plans and coordinate projects.* Communicate changes and progress.* Complete projects on time and within budget.* Manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities.* Prioritize and plan work activities efficiently.* Plan for additional resources, set goals, and organize tasks effectively.* Develop realistic action plans.* Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.* Seek ways to improve and promote quality.* Apply feedback to improve performance.* Monitor own work to ensure quality and attention to detail.* Consistently meet deadlines and complete tasks, projects, and assignments on time.* Focus on completing essential tasks within an appropriate timeframe.* Effectively set priorities.* Demonstrate proficiency in both quality and quantity of work.* Perform effectively under pressure and/or opposition.* Delegate responsibilities effectively.* Master’s degree in ABA or a related field.* BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing and appropriate state licensure.* Proven experience managing small teams.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.* Ability to work 40+ hours per week.* Local travel required.* Ability to work cooperatively with others.* Must comply with practice policies and procedures.* Regular in-office schedule required.* Physical activities include standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.* Must be able to reach, pull, and push.* Requires manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.* Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.**Changing Lives One Child At a Time**Joining Behavioral Framework is about more than a job — it's an opportunity to make a positive impact on your clients, their families, and the community.
