- Business Analyst**## You and Your JobAs a Senior Business Analyst you will be successful...in you enjoy getting into the details, working with different people every day, analysis and documentation.The Senior Business Analyst will work on multiple critical projects, liaising between Business Users and Technology Developers to capture and deliver critical insights and support our requirements and documentation needs. Rabobank North America uses the nCino Salesforce platform for all of our client outreach and origination for our Direct Lending Portfolio. This role will be key in working with the Business, capturing requirements and project scope, serving as a key contact person while development is ongoing, translating "business speak" into technical details - and technical details into "business speak", and documenting these details as project move forward.## Job Responsibilities* Partner with assigned business areas to gain deep understanding of their processes, plans, and how technology solutions are utilized by them.* Produce Feasibility Studies and Business Cases to support Life Cycle Management and prioritization.* Evaluate and analyze business requirements, elicit information to help identify business needs and objectives, and propose solutions to solve problems.* Create and manage Solution Requirements Package supporting Business Requirements:

+ Workflow Storyboards

+ Use cases and/or user stories

+ Functional and Non-Functional Requirements

+ Interface Mock-ups and attributes

+ Process Models and descriptions

+ Requirements Traceability Deliverables* Requirements management and documentation* Assist in preparation of testing strategy and test plans and drive SIT and UAT.## Your Promise to Us:To be considered for the Senior Business Analyst - nCino/Salesforce role, you must have:* Bachelor Degree or 7+ years of experience with Salesforce as a CRM tool (implementation, development, and relationship management).* Must have Experience with nCino administration and/or implementation.* Must have Superb judgement, value-add, as to the appropriateness of the business needs (true justification) and the proposed solution.* Must have Excellent communicator (oral and written) with technical understanding (ability to interpret information) and the proposed solution.* Must have Ability to read and understand technical requirements and design documentation* Must have Excellent organization and time management skills.* Should have Competence in Angular 8 or higher.* Should have an Understands the benefits of the various software design methodologies and object oriented environments.* Should be a Practitioner of software design patterns including Dependency Injection, Strategy Pattern design, etc.* Should be Competence in .NET development 4.6 or greater (Entity Framework, backend and API, including SOAP and REST web services).* Should have Competence in .NET Core 3 or greater. Experience in .NET Core 6 or 8 preferred.* Should have a Good understanding of MS-SQL/T-SQL – supporting existing stored procedures and new database development.* Should have expert level knowledge and experience in Web development. Must be able to quickly absorb and effectively use new technology.* Should have Experience with Agile practices and methodology.* Ability to travel regionally, up to 15%.* Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Visit## Salary Expectations:**Target Hiring Range: $105,000.00 - $140,000.00**This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range.
