proven track record of new client acquisition and revenue growth in permanent recruitment .

for a true hunter who thrives on winning new accounts, building lasting client relationships, and driving growth in one of the fastest-growing markets.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, target, and acquire new client accounts. Build relationships with hiring managers and senior decision makers. Partner with recruiters to deliver top Data & AI permanent talent. Manage the full business development cycle: from prospecting to pitching to signing agreements. Work with leadership to shape go-to-market and growth strategies. Consistently generate new opportunities to expand revenue and market share. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven success in permanent recruitment business development
- you've repeatedly brought on new clients and delivered results. Strong hunter mentality with the drive to build and grow a client base from scratch. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial, resilient, and results-driven mindset. Knowledge of Data & AI, tech, or related industries (a plus).
