Friendly Customer Service Representative For Pool & Hot Tub Company
We are looking for a friendly, positive, and outgoing personality to help us provide superior customer service to our clients. No experience in the pool or hot tub industry is required, however, applicants with previous customer-facing positions or phone service are encouraged to apply. Our CSR Position Duties Include: Handle incoming phone calls, text messages, email, social media inquiries, and review site messages. Schedule service calls for our technicians. Accurately adding customer information in our Service Titan CRM software. Route nonservice job phone calls to the appropriate team member. Make appointment confirmation calls. Make follow-up "Happy Calls" to ensure a great customer experience once a job has been completed. Our Ideal Candidate Attributes: Great communication skills. Positive and empathic attitude. Well organized and detail-oriented. Self-starter with take charge attitude. Ability to work well with a team. Has previous ServiceTitan experience. Has 2-5 years of customer service experience.
