Sales Representative
Position Type: Full Time Category: Sales What you'll do: Ensure individual sales goals are achieved by formulating and following planned sales strategies and company marketing programs. Customers look to you for help finding the best quality product, or substitutions, for their designs. Identify customer's buying trends. Provide information to customer on new and current products and anticipate future needs Notify customer of any problems with order fulfillment prior to shipment leaving the building and have suitable substitution in mind before communicating with the customer Utilize CRM to manage leads, prospects, and opportunities. Following your sales full cycle. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required
Post-secondary degree preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to make mathematical calculations including division, multiplication, and discount percentages
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, management, customers, and outside contacts
Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a DMV check
Ability to work under pressure to meet competing deadlines
Ability to recognize priorities and use time efficiently
