Position Overview We are seeking a
People Relations (PR) Partner
to support a dynamic regional workforce spanning multiple countries. This role ensures consistent execution of HR and PR policies, practices, and strategies while balancing global standards with regional needs. The ideal candidate will manage high-risk cases, lead investigations, and partner with HR leadership to foster a positive workplace culture.
This is a hands‑on role for a professional who can navigate complex employment laws and HR practices across
multiple countries , with a focus on consistency, compliance, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Own or oversee regional execution of
workplace investigations, accommodations, corrective actions , and other HR initiatives, ensuring compliance across multiple countries
Lead, guide, and actively participate in
global business process projects , delivering timely implementations, process improvements, and scalable HR solutions
Act as the
escalation point for high‑risk or sensitive PR matters , including workforce actions and terminations within the region
Monitor and report on
regional PR metrics , identify trends, and recommend proactive solutions to mitigate risks
Partner with
Employment Legal, Business Integrity, and HR leadership
to resolve complex regional challenges
Support the development and execution of
process improvements
and self‑service HR models that enhance the employee experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven ability to exercise
sound judgment and discretion , presenting key data to executive audiences
Deep understanding of
HR and PR practices, policies, and legal requirements
across multiple US States, Canada, and Mexico
Strong
analytical skills
to identify trends and develop actionable solutions
Excellent
communication and collaboration abilities , particularly in global and cross‑functional environments
Experience managing
sensitive and high‑risk cases
with professionalism
Proven experience in
process improvement initiatives
and supporting scalable HR models
Fluent Spanish (C2+) , Portuguese is a plus
