What you’ll do:
Lead end-to-end executive search projects across diverse industries, delivering top-tier talent solutions for our clients.
Manage multiple high-level search engagements, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with client needs.
Develop and leverage extensive networks to source, attract, and engage senior executives and high-potential candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams, providing consultative talent acquisition expertise.
Utilize innovative sourcing strategies, including market research and proactive headhunting, to identify candidates for niche and executive roles.
Provide guidance and market insights to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Contribute to continuous improvement of search strategies, methodologies, and candidate experience.
Collaborate with regional and global leadership to develop strategic talent acquisition initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
You’ll bring:
7+ years of progressive experience in executive search or senior talent acquisition, preferably with a proven track record of placing C-level and senior executives (MARKETING AND COMMERCIAL)
Strong network within industries relevant to our clients, with the ability to engage and influence high-level decision-makers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex search projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in utilizing ATS, CRM tools, and social media for sourcing and outreach.
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
A hybrid work mindset with comfort working in a collaborative office environment in Central New Jersey, with three days a week on-site.
