Leap Brands is an executive search and advisory firm focused on high‑growth, multi‑unit brands across restaurant, retail, hospitality, and private equity‑backed platforms. We partner directly with founders, presidents, and PE sponsors to build leadership teams that drive expansion, operational excellence, and long‑term enterprise value.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to execute executive searches from intake to placement

Build and manage targeted candidate pipelines across restaurant, retail, and hospitality sectors

Conduct candidate outreach via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and networking

Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for cultural and operational fit

Draft candidate submittals and present qualified talent to clients

Coordinate interview processes and manage client/candidate communication

Maintain CRM and ATS accuracy

Assist with market mapping, salary benchmarking, and competitive research

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of recruiting, sales, or business development experience

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly organized and detail oriented

Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic

Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships

Interest in executive search and growth brands

Bonus if you have exposure to

Restaurant or franchise brands

Private equity environments

LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing

Compensation
