Description

Site Supervision:

Oversee daily on‑site construction operations for multiple smaller ground‑up projects between South Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Schedule Management:

Manage project schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant job execution.

Documentation:

Utilize Procore to track documentation, RFIs, submittals, daily logs, scheduling updates, and progress reports.

Safety Compliance:

Conduct regular safety meetings, enforce site safety standards, and ensure adherence to OSHA requirements.

Team Leadership:

Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and clients to promote smooth project delivery.

Quality Control:

Ensure each project meets the company's quality standards and is completed on time and within budget.

Profile

Experience:

5+ years as a Construction Superintendent with proven success managing ground‑up commercial projects.

Technical Skills:

Proficient with Procore; strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and field coordination.

Knowledge Base:

Solid expertise in commercial construction—ideally in sectors like retail, restaurants, car washes, offices, or similar mid‑scale builds.

Leadership Style:

Organized, communicative, and solutions‑oriented; able to manage multiple jobs concurrently.

Personality Fit:

Hands‑on leader who thrives in the field, maintains a professional jobsite, and builds positive working relationships.

Geography:

Must be comfortable traveling between project sites in South Jersey and PA.
