Job Overview Responsible for leading the IT Finance activities including the planning, forecasting, reporting, and tracking of actuals. Analyze trends/variances to provide insights and recommendations to local management. Monitoring of SLA and Transfer pricing management.
Responsibilities Perform analysis and investigate variances versus forecast for Operating Expenses and capital spending and provide insights to senior management. Coordinate with IT to update forecast of future costs and timing. Lead the review of Monthly Forecast and actuals Run Rate with senior management. Identify risks and opportunities related to current forecasts vs. Plan. Identify potential for continuous improvement and implement. (40%)
Lead planning activities during MBBP for IT by ensuring compliance of deadlines and communicating targets including identification for improvement and its implementation. Review initial submissions and evaluate for reasonability and consistency within the market including alignment with senior management. Ensure official plan is submitted and local systems are updated. Monitor changes to plan numbers and create budget shifts as necessary. (10%)
Lead the coordination, review and required documentation of accruals for IT, ensuring their accuracy. Ensure compliance with dollar amount requirements for accruals and consistency with budget. (10%)
Oversee the Procure to Pay process including purchase requisition and purchase order creation. Ensuring accuracy of accounting details and alignment with budget. (5%)
Oversee the documentation and tracking of all reporting requirements, targets, projects & initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and senior management, and providing insights to enhance performance. (5%)
Lead the maintenance of high quality data, and tracking of actual IT expenses by budget line item. Analyze trends , Run Rates, changes in budget, and provide strategic recommendations and insights to management. Responsible for generating and distributing monthly reports to senior management regarding the status of the IT Budget and Headcount.
Oversee month‑end close activities, including the preparation of IT accruals. (30%)
Qualifications Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:
