Compensation Package
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
Work Schedule: On-site with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after six months of proven performance.

Responsibilities
Quote and sell commercial lines insurance policies.
Follow up with prospects to ensure a seamless sales process.
Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
Protect the best interests of clients and insurance company partners.
Manage multiple projects and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive workplace.
Qualifications & Requirements
Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: 3-5 years of commercial lines insurance sales experience preferred, but exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered.
Skills:
Strong multitasking abilities to manage various projects and tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
Highly organized with the ability to plan and operate efficiently.
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and high energy.
