The Role
Bioz is hiring a
Senior Sales Development Manager
to own, scale, and optimize our global BDR/SDR function. This is a senior role for an experienced BDR/SDR leader who has built and managed high-performing teams in a
B2B SaaS environment
and knows how to drive predictable, high-quality pipeline in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. You will be accountable for
pipeline strategy, execution, team leadership, and performance , playing a critical role in Bioz’s next phase of growth. What You’ll Do
Pipeline Strategy & Ownership
Own the end-to-end strategy for top-of-funnel pipeline generation across inbound and outbound motions Define ICPs, segmentation, targeting, and messaging frameworks Drive consistent, measurable pipeline contribution aligned with revenue targets Continuously test, measure, and optimize outreach channels, conversion rates, and funnel efficiency Team Leadership & Development
Lead and scale a high-performing team of BDRs/SDRs Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance standards tied to pipeline outcomes Coach managers and individual contributors through regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and coaching Establish career paths, development plans, and succession planning to retain top talent Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to align pipeline goals, campaigns, and handoff processes Ensure tight alignment between pipeline development efforts and overall go-to-market strategy Provide structured market and prospect feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams Data, Tools & CRM Excellence
Own
Pipedrive
usage, data quality, reporting, and forecasting for the pipeline development function Ensure accurate account and contact enrichment, activity tracking, and pipeline attribution Build and maintain dashboards that track activity, conversion rates, pipeline value, and ROI Use data and insights to drive decision-making and communicate results to executive leadership Product & Market Leadership
Ensure the team can clearly articulate Bioz’s value proposition to marketing leaders at top suppliers of scientific products and services Maintain a deep understanding of Bioz’s platform, use cases, competitive landscape, and customer value What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience managing BDR/SDR teams
in a
B2B SaaS technology company Proven track record of building and scaling pipeline at growth-stage companies Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing managers and individual contributors Hands-on experience using
Pipedrive
(or similar modern CRM) to manage pipeline, reporting, and performance Deep familiarity with modern prospecting tools, workflows, and outbound/inbound motions Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills Data-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments Experience leading remote or distributed teams Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a other scientific field Why Bioz
