
VEZA is committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences across every channel. Were seeking a driven and relationship-focused Data Entry Specialist to nurture client partnerships and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and revised purchase order (s).
- Proactively manage initial communications, swiftly addressing client questions, concerns, and service needs.
- Provide acknowledgment to all orders received.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, customer service, RFQ) to ensure new and/or revised orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Compile a list of POs pending to be entered into ERP system, maintaining organized records and ensuring up?to?date information. As well as following up with external and internal customers.
- Logging and Maintaining EDI/Client Portal activities.
- Track and document all account activities related to new and revised purchase orders, maintaining organized records and ensuring up?to?date information.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience solving complex customer problems independently
- Experience with CRM and customer support software
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset
- Must be fluent in English, including strong verbal and written communication skills (Spanish helpful).
