Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase member engagement and promote GAFPs events, programs, and initiatives.
  • Manage GAFPs social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Optimize the GAFP website to improve user experience, SEO, and content relevance.
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns to keep members informed and engaged.
  • Write and design digital content, including newsletters, blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials.
  • Produce graphics and visuals for digital campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure digital content aligns with GAFPs mission and messaging.
  • Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).

Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, email campaigns, and content creation.
  • Bachelors degree in digital marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and WordPress.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media metrics, etc.) and the ability to interpret data for decision?making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on creating clear, engaging content.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the organizations digital marketing efforts.
  • Experience in the healthcare or non?profit sector is a plus.
