The role involves working directly with sales teams, customers, and other support teams to ensure high quality service levels. **Job Responsibilities:** Some of the key responsibilities for this role will include:* Calculate sales contract pricing based on parameters and inputs set by commercial managers* Calculate and reconcile toll contract proforma pricing and settlement calculations* Calculate customer rebates* Enter toll sales contracts in contracting system* Communicate contract pricing, settlements and rebates to customer service, sales managers, and customers* Summarize and communicate settlements and rebates to accounting* Summarize and communicate key contract pricing metrics for commercial managers* Coordinate processing of settlements and rebates due to/from customers* Analyze and resolve pricing issues with customers, in collaboration with credit and sales teams* Other related duties or special projects as assigned**Skills & Competencies:*** Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment* High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks* Ability to interact in a consistently professional and positive manner with various internal and external personnel, while enforcing process and controls* Ability to communicate in clear and concise manner* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs* Knowledge of ADM NA applicable systems used for sales contracts and invoicing is preferred**Job Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree in business, analytical, or agriculture related field required* 3-5 years of business experience, minimum ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
