Floor Coverings International of Monterey is seeking a Design Associate / Outside Sales Consultant to bring the showroom experience directly into clients’ homes. You’ll help customers select flooring solutions that fit their style, budget, and lifestyle — all while building lasting relationships.

This is a high-energy, independent sales role for someone who thrives on connecting with people and enjoys a supportive, family-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities

Visit clients in their homes to understand needs and guide flooring selections.

Use your design knowledge to create functional, beautiful solutions.

Manage the process from consultation to installation with attention to detail.

Build long-term relationships and referral networks.

Utilize our tech-driven sales system (tablet/laptop) to stay organized.

What We Offer

Base Salary $50,000 + Uncapped Commission
