What You'll Do: Proactively engage with pre-qualified leads to drive new sales Make outbound calls and follow-ups to convert prospects into clients Understand client needs and deliver tailored, solution-based offerings Educate customers on the value of our services and how we can help them Accurately manage your pipeline and contracts through our lead-tracking system Consistently hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets Be part of a team that pushes for greatness every single day What We're Looking For: Outgoing, driven, and relentless in your pursuit of success Strong phone presence and a comfort level making dozens of calls per day Tech-savvy with solid computer and CRM navigation skills Candidates should be able to type 30 WPM or faster.
