Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer concerns when required. Learn and apply knowledge of furniture-related products and services to assist customers effectively. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other tools to support daily operations. Follow company protocols and maintain a business casual dress code while onsite. Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and adapt to company-specific processes. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role. Strong ability to handle inbound calls with attention to detail and efficiency. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office software. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to learn and adapt to product-specific knowledge, such as furniture-related queries.
