Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance
Property & Casualty Insurance License required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Ability to exercise sound judgment, maturity, and professionalism in all client and team interactions
Experience with Epic System is a plus
Familiarity with cross‑selling and upselling insurance products
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Manage a personal lines book of business, providing proactive, individualized customer service
Respond promptly and accurately to complex customer inquiries regarding policies, coverages, and claims
Oversee processing of new policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Maintain and update client and policy information within the agency management system
Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand their insurance options and guiding them through coverage selections
Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling additional insurance products
Collaborate with team members and participate in agency meetings to support collective goals
Ensure all account management activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
Mentor and assist in the training of junior account managers as needed
