Achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets and sales activity goals.

Promote the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and local market opportunities.
Strategize for Growth:
Collaborate with the Director of Sales to build and execute quarterly action plans, sales forecasts, and marketing strategies.
Build Relationships:
Develop new business and nurture existing client partnerships to drive group, transient, and corporate bookings.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work closely with operations to ensure a seamless client and guest experience.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience in a hotel sales role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of sales systems, budgeting, and hospitality revenue strategy.
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy with strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and sales platforms.
