
New Logo | National Brands | Growth Role
About This Role
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative ready to win new logos and grow enterprise-level accounts. In this role, you’ll own the front-end of the sales cycle — identifying prospects, building relationships, and setting the stage for large-scale enterprise deals. You’ll work closely with Marketing to execute account-based strategies and develop your territory for meaningful growth.

Target Clients: Enterprise-level companies with $50M–$250M+ in annual revenue
What You’ll Do
Identify and engage new business opportunities to grow your territory
Partner with Marketing to execute targeted, account-based campaigns
Build relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders in Marketing, Procurement, IT, and Vendor Relations
Collaborate with internal teams (Estimating, Product, IT) to support new logos and upsell opportunities
Develop and maintain strong product knowledge
Use a solution-based sales approach to generate recurring opportunities
Maintain comprehensive territory insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends
Manage pipeline and performance using CRM and reporting tools
Work independently, maintain performance standards, and attend team meetings
Other duties as assigned

Who You Are
2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (new logo/outbound preferred)
Experience selling to Marketing and Procurement decision-makers
Strong relationship builder, communicator, and negotiator
Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
Comfortable in a remote team environment
Familiar with sectors like retail, gas stations, fashion, restaurants, or finance
Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven
