Role Focus You will drive profitable growth for a Shopify D2C brand by owning the complete paid media funnel from acquisition to retention.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and scale Meta and Google campaigns
Own acquisition, retargeting, and conversion strategy
Optimize ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, and AOV
Lead structured creative testing including UGC, statics, and video
Manage budgets with a strong profit-first approach
Optimize Shopify product pages and improve CRO
Handle tracking setup including Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, and GTM
Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights
Required Experience
3+ years of hands‑on D2C performance marketing experience
Proven results with Shopify-based brands
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Clear understanding of attribution and tracking
Data‑driven decision making with speed in execution
Strong ownership and accountability for performance numbers
Preferred
Email and SMS performance marketing experience
CRO and landing page optimization exposure
Experience with international D2C markets
