Business Development Representative (BDR) - Remote About The Role We’re looking for a motivated and relentless Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team. This role is 100% focused on hunting, with a strong emphasis on cold calling, email outreach, and other outbound activities. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective enterprise customers and will play a crucial role in building pipeline and fueling Unframe’s next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do

Hunt for new enterprise leads via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn

Qualify prospects and set up meetings for the sales team

Research accounts and tailor outreach to decision-makers

Track activity in our CRM and iterate on messaging

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years in outbound sales (BDR/SDR), ideally in B2B SaaS

Proven cold calling success and hustle mentality

Clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments

Experience with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha

Bonus: Experience with AI, data, or enterprise tech sales
