General Description: Prepare cost proposals utilizing existing pricing models. Prepare documentation for the development of cost proposals and cost narratives as required.

Duties

- Provide accurate pricing of proposals ensuring they are complete and compliant with all customer requirements and schedules.

- Work with Subject Matter Experts in the analysis of labor and material Basis of Estimates (BOEs).

- Develop and maintain pricing files in accordance with requirements.

- Assist in creating cost proposal documentation and back up including cost narratives when required.

- Pricing to include small and large scale, multi-year proposals to include labor, materials, travel, subcontract costs, and other direct costs.

- Prepare and present pricing files for management review and approval.

- Work in a team hybrid environment.

- Provide routine administrative support.

- Other Duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or similar.

- Requires 4+ years' experience in Government pricing and/or Project Finance experience.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Knowledge Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)

- Knowledge of CBAs and Wage Determinations/ SCA desired.

- Knowledge of all contract types including FFP, CPFF, and TandM.

- Skilled in verbal and written communication.

- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.

- General Computer Skills required
