Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

To ensure guest satisfaction in all food and beverage outlets and event spaces by maintaining and managing the highest standards of products and services while maximizing profitability through cost and labor control. Responsible for all functions within the food and beverage area, including but not limited to purchases, service, sanitation, staff, training, equipment costs, and revenues.
