Signature Labor Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent for an active commercial project. This position is available immediately for a qualified candidate who can hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
Supervising subs and skilled trades on construction of Data Center
Manage project schedules to deliver project on time
Documenting progress of project utilizing on site program
Daily safety meetings
Update status reports and other project-related documents
Adhere to safety and OSHA guidelines
Requirements
Must have minimum of 7 years as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
Must have OSHA-30
In-depth understanding of procedures, materials, and project management principles
Perform all tasks in a timely manner under minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, time management, and personal organization
Must pass Background Check
Must have verifiable references
Valid driver’s license required
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.
