Overview
Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations for interior commercial construction projects in the NYC metro area. Responsibilities
Lead and manage all on-site personnel Review and verify accuracy of architectural plans and field conditions Coordinate with Project Manager on schedule planning and logistics Organize weekly meetings with subs, vendors, and design team Ensure timely delivery and secure storage of materials Submit daily reports; escalate issues impacting schedule or budget Enforce safety protocols, site regulations, and quality standards Resolve site personnel issues and labor disputes Obtain final punch list sign-off from clients/architects Qualifications
NYC Superintendent’s License (Required) OSHA 30 and SST Card (Required) Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in Manhattan construction Bachelor’s degree in Construction or equivalent field experience Strong blueprint reading and coordination skills You can expect a quick response once I receive your resume.
